            Mr. Iqbal (Al) Pasha is the President and Director of the company.  Ms. Amina A. Pasha is the Corporate Secretary.

          Mr. Al Pasha is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, London, U.K., and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).  He is registered with the Department of Banking in Connecticut and licensed with the Department of Insurance.  
          Mr. Pasha started his career in London in the pensions department of the National Mutual Life Assurance Society and later joined Schroders as an investment analyst.          
          Between 1984 and 1989 he was a global portfolio manager with international banks, where he invested in Treasuries, Bonds, Money Markets, Equities, Currencies, Derivatives, Mutual and Hedge Funds, etc., and managed portfolios of up to $760 million on a fully discretionary basis.
          Prior to joining I.P.I., Mr. Pasha was a Vice President of Banque Indosuez in Paris, France.  During 1996 he was a full-time Consultant to Swiss Re Financial Products in New York.  In 1997 and 1998 he was a Consultant to Citibank, N.A. where he wrote detailed reports on developing Pension Asset Management business and on Variable Annuities. 
          He has written papers entitled "A Strategy of Investment in Gilt-Edged Securities", "Immunized Bond Management", "Building a Trillion Dollar Pension Business", "Portfolio Analytics", and "Currency Hedging" published by the Society of Actuaries in Chicago.
